The 3rd National Rafting Championship was held on the Ganges from 13th to 19th November 2006. Organised by The Indian Rafting Foundation.
Katabatic was a co-sponsor of this championship
Teams from all over the country participated in this championship. In all there were 16 teams, with participation from the Armed forces as well as civil.
Katabatic provided the rescue support throughout the championship.
