The expedition traverses wide valleys from Srinagar to Rishikesh. The expedition covers some section of Lower Alaknanda and complete section of Ganges right up to Rishikesh.
This expedition is planned in such a way that the difficulty level of the river increases gradually, and so even a first timer is also very comfortable participating in it.
Camping support is provided through accompanying vehicle.

| Detailed Trip Schedule |
Day 01
Arrival at Shivpuri/Rishikesh in morning. Drive to Srinagar 4 hours, breaklfast on the way. Rafting starts from Srinagar. Overnight camp at Bagwan.

Day 02
Today we raft and ground the rafts at a very beautiful and isolated beach at Beas Ghat, which is reachable only by the river. Rest of the day is spent in various camp activities, and generally lazing around or exploring, apart from playing volleyball or similar.

Day 03
Today we raft till Kaydiyala and camp just above Wall rapid. We cross another biggie on the day 'Daniel Dip'.

Day 04
The biggest rapids today are Wall and 3 Blind mice, camp before cross fire rapid.
|
Day 05
Very exciting day, run lot of rapids of class III+ rating. Reach Rishikesh by late afternoon. Possible to depart for onward journey in evening from Rishikesh.

Accommodation
- Hotel stay will be in Tapovan Resorts, or similar. On river will be in expedition type dome tents on a twin share basis. Sleeping bags and sleeping mat will be provided.
- On the expedition toilets are tented dry-pit based, and adhere to forest guidelines.

- Costing will be ex Rishikesh/Haridwar.
- All rafting gear, guide fee, food, accommodation.
- Transport provided is beyond Rishikesh/Haridwar.

Package does not include
- Any alcoholic drinks.
- Transport train/bus to reach Rishikesh/Haridwar.
- Insurance of any kind.
- Any personal orders/room service at hotel

Please note
- Self bailing rafts will be provided to participants with maximum 7 participants per raft.
- For safety, expert and qualified rescue kayakers will escort the entire trip.

Terms
- People with ailments, disability, heart problems, asthma etc should NOT register for this trip.
- Please carry your prescribed medicines with you.
- Camp rules and decorum needs to be followed strictly.
- Any one in state of intoxication will not be allowed to do rafting
- Outdoors and camping involves mild roughing it out. Please don't expect luxuries.
